Kids Anti-Gravity Yoga

Kids Anti-Gravity Yoga is a unique form of exercise designed for children that combines traditional yoga poses with elements of aerial acrobatics. Children use a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support their bodies, allowing them to perform yoga poses in mid-air. This form of yoga offers numerous benefits for children, including improved flexibility, strength, and balance. Additionally, Kids Anti-Gravity Yoga provides a sense of weightlessness and relaxation, promotes spinal decompression, and offers stress relief. Kids Pole Fitness

Kids Pole Fitness is a form of exercise specifically designed for children that incorporates dance, acrobatics, and strength training around a vertical pole. Participants learn a variety of spins, climbs, and poses while using the pole as both a support and a prop. This form of fitness offers numerous benefits for children, including improved strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. Additionally, Kids Pole Fitness promotes self-confidence, creativity, and self-expression. Kids Aerial Hoop

Kids Aerial Hoop is a form of exercise designed for children that involves performing acrobatic and gymnastic movements on a suspended metal hoop. Children use the hoop to execute spins, poses, and transitions in the air, combining strength, flexibility, and coordination. Kids Camps

Join our Kids Camps during school holidays, including February Mid-term, Easter, Summer, and Halloween. Our camps offer a wide range of activities such as Anti-Gravity, Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Tumbling, Double Acrobatics, Arts & Crafts, and much more. Keep your kids active and entertained with our exciting and diverse programs!
